There is a bakery and corner store Konzum 150m away, it is about 7km to the nearest town of Jastrebarsko where there are larger grocery stores, doctors, veterinary office and access to the main highway connecting Zagreb to the Adriatic sea. The closest schools and day care is 3km away, there are also smaller corners stores in the nearby town of Draganić. It is located 30km to the capital city of Zagreb and to the well known Zumberak mountains.

This pine wooden house is a high quality build with double walls and roof and with extra insulation. It has been built on higher ground with a good drainage system. It also has a surge protection system on the house in the event of lightning storms.
The upstairs has an open sleeping area of 28m2 with an enclosed glass terrace of 21m2. This could be easily converted to two bedrooms.
