It contains a fire compartment, a fire damping device, oven and hot plate top. It has a dedicated extractor hood ... and will test your culinary skills!

The hot water tank contains an electric immersion heater for summer use.

↓ There are two full-sized bathrooms, both match the high quality of fittings and fixtures found throughout the house. This room is located on the upper floor, it has wooden floor boards and features both a shower cubicle and a bath tub. The ceiling continues the theme of natural wood with large beams.

↓ The downstairs bathroom features a large walk-in style shower/wet room. The floor is laid with modern ceramics and feature underfloor heating.
As is the case everywhere, this space has been fitted out and decorated tastefully and to the highest standards.

Immediately to the side of the house is a sizeable courtyard which, if required, can accommodate several vehicles.

It is bordered by this large structure designed to provide out-door dining and party hosting during the long summer of seemingly endless warm balmy Croatian evenings. It houses a full-sized brick built barbeque (called "roshteel" here) and, just to the left of it, an oven designed for cooking pizza.

Lounging around this space, overlooking the local countryside, socialising on a warm evening - perhaps with some local wine.... we think there are few better ways to spend some quality time.

This wonderful balcony/terrace is accessed from either the main day room or from the dining room.

↓ The property also contains this range of out-buildings. The brick building (near ground) has two rooms, one above the other, which are structurally sound. They are good for storage and available for further development of the property if required. The covered space (mid ground) is as you see it here, it is most useful in that parking here prevents your vehicle turning into an oven under the Croatian sun. There is a large wooden shed (far ground) which is also in reasonable shape and is currently used for storage, gardening equipment etc. Recently, this area, has been fully fitted out with stalls for animals and a hay loft. There is also a large, new, wooden chicken shed to the side of this building.

Accessed from a quiet country lane nearby, the main driveway can be seen leading to the courtyard between the house and out-buildings on plot number 1273 at the bottom of the image. It is a stony but smooth lane and is easily traversed by a normal family car.
